9. Shipping Policy

  • Total Delivery Time (Canada): 1-3 Business Days (Processing) + 3-9 Business Days (Transit) = 4-12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Chit Chats + Canada Post/UPS partners.

Package Tracking

Tracking numbers are issued within 24–48 hours after fulfillment.

Incorrect Address Policy

If your package is lost due to an incorrect address:

  • The company is not responsible
  • No refund issued
  • The customer must reorder

10. Delivery Failure, Loss & Theft

Marked “Delivered”

If the carrier marks a package as delivered:

  • HeyWhiskey is not liable for theft or disappearance
  • The customer must file a claim with the carrier

Returned to Sender

Packages returned due to address issues:

  • Reshipment fees apply
  • Or refund minus shipping fees

11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Window: 30 days

Product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized rings
  • Engraved products
  • Damaged products due to misuse
  • Clearance or “final sale” items

Refund Conditions

Refund issued within 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after inspection.

Replacement Policy

If defective, we cover replacement shipping.

12. Warranty Terms

Warranty Period

12 months from delivery.

Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural issues
  • Material imperfections

Does Not Cover

  • Wear & tear
  • Water damage
  • Accidental damage
  • Lost/stolen items
  • Abuse or misuse

Warranty Claims Require

  • Photos/videos
  • Order number
  • Description of issue

13. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You may not:

  • Reproduce photography
  • Use trademarks
  • Clone website layouts
  • Create derivative works

Violations may result in legal consequences.

14. User Account Responsibilities

You must:
