SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Where do you ship?

We ship to:

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery Time:

Canada

  • Standard delivery: 3–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time (Canada): 1-3 Business Days (Processing) + 3-9 Business Days (Transit) = 4-12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

We ship through Chit Chats, which partners with:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • Other regional carriers

4. How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders within Canada.

5. Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes! All orders include tracking.
Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

6. My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

If the package is marked as "Delivered," it means the carrier delivered it to the address.
Please check:

  • Your mailbox
  • Your community mailbox
  • Neighbors
  • Building reception

If still missing, file a claim with the carrier.
HeyWhiskey is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

7. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, you can change your address within 24 hours of placing your order.
Thereafter, address changes are not possible.

If items are already shipped or in transit, an address change is no longer possible. We can only change it before dispatch.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or are in transit. We can only cancel it before dispatch.

Each Guitar String Ring includes actual guitar strings incorporated into the design.

Damascus steel is created by forging multiple layers of steel into

Each ring has its own pattern—no replication possible.

13. Are your watches water-resistant?

Most watches have standard splash resistance, meaning they are safe from:

  • Rain
  • Handwashing
  • Light exposure

Not suitable for:
Swimming
Showering
Diving

14. What about the wallets—what materials are used?

RING SIZING

15. How do I find my ring size?

You can use:

  • A ring-sizing chart
  • A measuring tape
  • A local jeweler for accurate sizing

We recommend measuring at least two different times of the day.

16. Do you offer half sizes?

Yes, many of our ring designs come in half sizes.

17. What if I order the wrong size?

We offer easy exchanges within 30 days, as long as:

  • The ring is unused
  • In the original condition.

You may return items within 30 days from delivery.

19. Are returns free?

Return shipping cost may apply unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

20. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after we receive the returned item.

21. What if my item arrives damaged?

We will replace or refund depending on the situation.

22. Can I exchange my ring for a different size?

Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days.

Barrel wood is stabilized and protected, but we recommend avoiding:

Barrel Wood Rings are lighter and extremely comfortable.

33. Can I get a custom engraving?

We currently do not offer engraving, but we may offer it soon.

34. My order is delayed—what do I do?

Delays are rare but possible due to:
