Andrii Khavro operates HeyWhiskey, committed to providing safe, reliable, and transparent shipping services to customers across Canada. This detailed shipping policy outlines all procedures related to handling, shipping, delivery, responsibilities, and customer support.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders exclusively to:
Canada
- All provinces (Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, etc.)
- All territories (Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories)
- Remote locations may require additional time.
Excluded Regions
- International destinations outside Canada
- P.O. boxes may be limited depending on carrier restrictions
If an order is placed from an unsupported location, HeyWhiskey reserves the right to cancel and fully refund the order.
2. Product Pricing
All product prices displayed on the HeyWhiskey website are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Pricing Structure: Prices displayed include applicable VAT.
- Variability: Prices may vary due to promotions, seasonal offers, or market adjustments.
- Currency: Since HeyWhiskey exclusively ships within Canada, all transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping is provided for all orders delivered within Canada.
- There are no additional handling fees or hidden charges.
- For oversized or high-value items, additional insurance may be required (the customer will be notified before shipping).
4. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our primary distribution center in:

This ensures faster processing and transit times for both Canadian and U.S. customers.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern America Standard Time (Toronto) begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern America Standard Time (Toronto) will be processed the next business day.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
6. Handling Time / Order Processing Time
- Standard processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- During holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing may extend by an additional 1–2 days.
- Orders requiring verification may be temporarily placed on hold.
7. Delivery Time
Canada
- Standard delivery: 3–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery Time (Canada): 1-3 Business Days (Processing) + 3-9 Business Days (Transit) = 4-12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take additional time.

- Delivery estimates exclude processing time.
- Delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues are outside our control.
8. Delivery Carrier Name
All shipments are handled by:

Chit Chats may partner with final-mile carriers such as
- USPS
- Canada Post
- UPS
- DHL (depending on region)
9. Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers are issued within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
- Customers receive email and/or SMS updates depending on checkout preferences.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate on the courier website.
10. Packaging & Order Protection
We take great care to protect your items by:
- Using durable boxes or padded mailers
- Adding bubble wrap or protective cushioning for fragile goods
- Sealing all shipments with tamper-resistant packaging
- Conducting quality checks before dispatch
If a package appears tampered with upon arrival, customers must report it immediately.
11. Address Accuracy & Verification
- Customers must provide a complete and correct address at checkout.
- HeyWhiskey is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an address is flagged as suspicious or invalid, we may request confirmation.
12. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed, as the order may have entered processing or been shipped.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
13. Change of Shipping Address
- Address changes are only available within 24 hours of ordering.
- After shipment dispatch, no changes are possible.
- Incorrect address changes after dispatch may require reshipping fees.
14. Failed Delivery / Missed Delivery Attempts
A delivery may fail if:
- The customer is unavailable
- The address is incorrect
- The courier cannot access the destination
- The package is refused
In such cases:
- The package may be returned to us
- Reshipment fees may apply
- Refund may exclude return shipping costs (even if original shipping was free)
15. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
For damaged items:
Provide:
- Photos of the damage
- Packaging images
- Shipping label
- Order number
For missing items:
- Provide an unboxing video (if available)
- Photo of packaging and contents
For incorrect items:
- Provide images of received product vs ordered product
We may issue:
- Replacement
- Reshipment
- Partial or full refund depending on case
16. Lost or Delayed Packages
A package may be considered lost if:
- No tracking updates appear for an extended period
- The courier officially declares it lost
HeyWhiskey will:
- Contact the courier
- Investigate the situation
- Provide a replacement or refund
Weather delays, customs processing, holidays, or courier backlogs are not treated as lost shipments.
17. Delivery Confirmation
When a carrier marks a package as delivered:
- HeyWhiskey is no longer responsible for theft or loss
- Customers must ensure safe delivery locations
- Customers should contact local courier offices if package cannot be located
18. VAT, Taxes & Provincial Fees
Prices shown on the website include applicable VAT/GST/PST. Customers are not expected to pay additional import duties or customs fees, as all shipments are domestic (within Canada).
19. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Monitor tracking information
- Be available upon delivery

20. HeyWhiskey Responsibilities

21. Invoices & Documentation
- Digital invoices are emailed after purchase

- We do not include printed invoices inside packages unless required
