How It’s Made

The deer antler is carefully selected, stabilized, and shaped to highlight its natural texture and unique grain.
Two bands of barrel wood are added to frame the antler, each treated to preserve color and resist moisture.
The tungsten body is molded under high pressure and finished with faceted black edges for added dimension and strength.
All inlays are hand-set and sealed for durability, while the interior is crafted into a comfort-fit profile for effortless daily wear.
